Paul Baxter
At 22 years old, Paul co-founded Delphian Records for which he continues to act as record producer and A&R manager. Paul has developed a successful career in record production incorporating activity in an eclectic variety of genres and consults on wide-ranging arts-related solutions for solo artists and organisations.
