Worldsong! - An Olympic Concert

NYCGB are preparing for our biggest performance to date. The concert, which will take place on 9th April 2012 at the Royal Albert Hall, will combine Mike Brewer's Worldsong masterpiece with other works from around the world.

The concert will be a celebration of music from each contintent represented at the Olympics, and the seven National Youth Choirs will be performing music from Europe, Asia, Africa, Australasia and the Americas. As part of our thrilling event we are inviting guests choirs from around UK to join us and form a massed children's choir to sing with Mike Brewer in his 'Worldsong'. The piece, composed for the schools' proms, involves five pieces, one from each continent, which can all be performed at the same time.

Watch out for more information on how to book your tickets to this exciting event!
